Frequently Asked Questions


What types of art files do you accept for our designs ?

Please send all artwork to info@junkytees.com. All files must be at least 300 dpi. Preferred file types are .PSD, .TIF, .EPS, & .AI. If you are looking for a design for your shirt we have an in-house art team that's ready to help you.


How much are SCREEN/SETUP CHARGES ?

There are NO setup or screen charges. Our per-shirt pricing is all you'll ever pay.


Can I mix and match shirt and ink colors ?

Contrary to most print shops, you can mix and match whatever shirt AND ink colors you'd like at no additional charge (as long as you get at least 20 of each ink variation). Ink changes on less than 20 shirts will incur a $10 charge per color.


Can I mix and match shirt sizes?

Yes, feel free to mix and match sizes and gender. XXL and up do cost slightly more, so keep that in mind. Youth sizes are available at no additional cost.


What kind of shirts do you use ?

We typically print on high quality 100% cotton shirts. All of the shirts we use are name brand and exceptional quality. Some brands such as American Apparel will cost a little more, so feel free to ask for a quote.


Do prices include shipping ?

We'll give you a shipping estimate when we give you a quote. We ship everything through Fed Ex or UPS unless other arrangements are made.


Can you send me my shirts while we're on tour ?

Yes, we know how important it is for your band to have merchandise while on tour, which is why we will do all we can to make sure that they reach you at your requested destination. We can ship to venues, hotels, UPS centers, MailBoxes Etc. or friend's houses.


Do you have a minimum order ?

There is NO MINIMUM order, but we'd suggest getting at least 10 shirts per design to keep costs reasonalble.


What is your average turn around time ?

As a general rule, we say 7-10 business days (not including weekend and holidays). This doesn't include shipping time to your location. Some special orders may take longer. Just let us know your deadlines, and we will accommodate your needs.


Do you do RUSH orders ?

Yes, we can accept rush orders depending on scheduling, but fees may apply. Sometimes we can print an order in under 24 hours, so when in a bind it never hurts to ask.


Can you send me a chart of shirt colors to pick from ?

Sure, just send us an email, and we'll email one right back to you. Keep in mind that colors on web browsers vary and aren't totally accurate. However, they should be close enough to help you determine what color shirts you want.


What are my choices for INK colors ?

We can mix any color to your design specifications. Because of the variation in computer monitors, we can not guarantee color matching from digital files, but we will try our best (and our best is pretty close to perfect!). If you need exact color matching, please request our PMS (Pantone Matching System) color matching.


I am missing a few shirts/I have received more shirts than I ordered, Why is that ?

Cross Your Tees orders are subject to a 5% under run due to possible burns or other inconsistencies in the print and a possible 5% over run for orders that we may add additional shirts then you requested to make up for any mistakes. If you are providing your own shirts to be printed, please keep this policy in mind.

SPOILAGE: We will not be responsible for spoilage up to 2% for orders over 144 units or 5% for orders less than 144 units on contracted goods. We HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ordering more garments than needed for each size.

OVER THE ZIPPER PRINTS: Because of the different variables of over the zipper prints, refunds can not be issued for this service. If you are worried about your design having issues, it is best to print on a pullover.


Something is wrong with my order! What do I do ?

We pay very high attention to detail, and we strive to produce the highest quality product possible for your job, but we do print for thousands of clients and sometimes mistakes occur.

If you receive your order and find that something is incorrect with it, you must notify us within 72 hours of the receipt of your product. Once you contact us we will to everything in our power to remedy the situation.

*Because of the nature of printing over seams and over zippers and pockets on hoodies some inconsistencies may occur in registration and ink coverage. Cross Your Tees will not be responsible for these inconsistencies when printing across seams and on zippered garments. Because of this returns or refunds can not be issued for this service.

RETURN POLICY
If it is determined that you should return any product to Cross Your Tees for inspection or refund, the product must be returned within 2 business weeks of the stated claim.

If you have contacted us to make a return and we have agreed to cover the shipping costs, all items must be shipped using ground ship methods from UPS or FedEx, any other methods of shipping (3 day ship, 2nd day air, next day air, next day saver) will not be covered.

If items are returned after this timeframe, the shipment will be denied and the package will be sent back to you unless prior arrangements have been made.
